Q. As a new member to the new world of Vacation Ownership, introduced to us by Jin Lu Xiang, when booking our future holidays, do we have to book direct through your company and what services do you provide?

Answer: Jin Lu Xiang has introduced you to the Vacation Ownership club and you can deal direct with them for all your holiday reservations as well use any independent or internet travel service provider you wish. However, we at Jin Lu Xiang offer you the opportunity if you wish to use our ‘members only' vacation services which could recommend and offer all sorts of advice on where and when to book or visit as well as what to do there, becomes your one stop travel shop looking after all your holiday requirements from help in reserving your luxury Accommodations to pointing out the best Airfare prices as well as advice on local tours etc.. As Jin Lu Xiang's main shareholder, Royale Marketing Ltd has extensive accommodations in Thailand, our ‘special members' will always get that extra service. When using our resorts in Thailand, we go that little bit further by organizing Chinese speaking Reps, complimentary Airport transfers, as well as shopping trip's and local knowledge for all the local day trips, sightseeing tours being in your own language, Mandarin, of course.


Q. How can you guarantee the service and quality on your timeshare resorts?

Answer: As a market leader in the industry, Jin Lu Xiang we rarely use third party advice and reports but prefer to see first hand exactly what the members will be getting. Our company only deals with trustworthy and credible, high-end Vacation Ownership clubs. In other words, you are not being introduced to the wrong products. Unlike some not so reputable, traditional types of travel agencies who rely on large over-crowded inattentive group tours purposely designed for the mass using local hotels and bulk-wholesalers with limited control over the quality and service you will be provided., rather than small attentive and personalized excursions and treatment in general. To ensure we keep our position as one of Asia's most popular & fasting growing companies. We know we have to provide that little bit extra, to all our value members. From the day they join Jin Lu Xiang, to the day one of our experienced holiday Rep's wave's good bye to them at the airport, after their first, 2nd, 3rd,etc dream holiday. Q. Can my family / friends travel with us?

Answer: Of course. Jin Lu Xiang will be only to happy to service and assist to arrange holiday's for your friends and family if they are traveling with you – don't forget – it's Members Only!
Whilst on holiday, they see the high level of service that you as a Vacation Ownership member will receive. Holidays are an extremely important time for all families; Jin Lu Xiang prides it self on been able to bring families together for a holiday of a lifetime - forever.


Q. I recently became a member of the ‘Discover Asia try-before-you-buy-trial' product for two people; will we be restricted to using only studio accommodation while on holiday, or can we up grade to larger accommodation units?

Answer: No, the Discover Asia membership is for you of experience holidays with the vacation Ownership system and after trying this type of holiday, we are certain you would wish to become full Club members. Most discover Asia member's upgrade after their first holiday. When you up-grade the Membership type, you chose the size of suite that will best suit your families needs whether a studio again, or a one or two bedrooms unit. We understand that all families grow, and these needs will change with time and personal needs. Jin Lu Xiang memberships are flexible enough to change and grow along with your family.
Remember however the trade-in value is valid only on your first visit to the resort.


Q. Do we always have to use Jin Lu Xiang office to book our holidays?


Answer: Absolutely Not, if you are a full member with the Vacation Ownership Club. Then you will have the flexibility to either go directly to II, for your travel plans whether taking a luxury Cruise in Asia, Europe or Australia, whether that romantic week in Phuket, Singapore or Tokyo with the same high level of vacation personalized customer friendly service that Jin Lu Xiang provides. Q. As a one week owner, are we entitled to only a one week holiday each year?

Answer: Absolutely not !
II as the world's largest exchange company has many last minute and advance ‘get-away' special offers in many locations around the world.
Upon experiencing a domestic or international holiday using your own Vacation Ownership, we know that you will want to take more weeks each and every year. If you prefer a more guaranteed vacation, why not become a 2 or 3 week owner. How can you lose?


Q. On our Trail visit to the marketing resort on the ‘Try before we buy' programme, or inspection trip, can we book extra nights stay at the resort or a second destination?

Answer: Additional night's accommodations cannot be pre-booked during peak season, please check with reception for availability upon arrival. The trail programme is fantastic but has a restricted use and certain terms and conditions as the idea is to offer reduced rate accommodation sponsored by the resorts in some cases.


Q. Are all the Vacation Ownership Resorts in II exclusive 5 star and located on exclusive beaches for members only?

Answer: Absolutely not !
The standard of II resorts varies from country to country and in some countries the resorts receive a different form of ratings, based on hospitality, location, quality of the hotel services, its accommodation and facilities. II categorises resorts by the amenities both in the Timeshare units and the resort in general, the level of service and also the location. Different resorts have different characteristics, which form part of its ‘personality' which its members often ‘fall in love' with. The resorts standards are different as are the colour schemes and type of furnishings. The locations may be beach front or beach view, mountain view and also sea view; they may be 4 or 5 star city centre condominium developments and also be high quality 3 star mountain ski lodges. The choice is entirely up to the members themselves. Vacation Ownership units can exchange to over 3,700 resorts in over 100 countries; however certain nationalities, such as Chinese residents, have visa restrictions from some countries based on nationality.
Personal Invitations, as well as actual Resort Booking showing a pre paid (Timeshare occupancy confirmation) or pre booked Accommodation Guarantee may be provided by resorts as and when needed to assist members obtain Visas. This applies to European, Asian and American Members alike depending on Resort destination Visa requirements.


Q. As a one week owner of a Vacation Ownership club in China or Asia, are we guaranteed or entitled to receive international passports and / or visas for our Timeshare holiday each year?

Answer: Absolutely Not !
Passports are issued by Government departments and depending on your own personal history and back ground, your passport will be issued. The Visa Issuing departments of Government controlled Embassies decide by their own national policy, often confidential and although we have experience and understand the requirements and needs including the assistance for members to get the correct paperwork etc. obtaining the actual visa is dependant also on the individual's personal history and background.
The Vacation Ownership clubs have absolutely no control over both of these issues and make NO promises to guarantee either of these is issued!


Q. As a Trail Member, are we able to book extra Bonus weeks?


Answer: No – this is only for full members. They get all the extra benefits – if the Trail member chooses to upgrade they can then enjoy these privileges.


Q. Do we get complimentary transfers from the airport in all the resorts in II?

Answer: This depends on the resorts and which airport you choose to fly into. The membership you have purchased actually relates to the accommodation rather than the airport transfer.

Q. Is maid service included?

Answer: There is maid service and cleaning, towel changes and change of bed linen, without charge. The frequency of this can vary on each resort, although extra cleaning may be requested. There may be a small fee payable again dependant on the particular resorts policy.
